For this event, I would like for The Black Woodstock Foundation to provide my (10x10) tent, (1) table, (2) chairs, setup/breakdown to help us save on time , and HOURLY PROMOTION via DJ announcements for my small business! I agree to leave all the equipment that was provided for my business once the event is over to avoid a service charge of $75.00. I also agree to leave my area free from debris after my departure.
